职位描述：
1. coordination of equipment maintenance, lead product inspection,equipment and gages calibration and verification 协助设备维护, 主导设备和检具的检验, 校准和检定工作 周期校准按时完成率
2. 负责长度块规的校准 responsible for calibration of length master
3. 负责生产准备工作中的量检具准备工作 prepare gauge for production
4. register to send and receive gauge for online used 在线量检具使用收发，登记 账卡物一致性
5. gauge room management, maintenance of gauge in gauge room 量具间管理，库内量检具的维护保养
6. work outmaintenance work instruction 编制检测设备维护保养作业指导书
7. audit testing equipment operation work instruction 审核检测设备的操作作业指导书 8. build annual msa plan for the measurement equipment and gages,organize the team to finish msa based on the plan 制定测量设备和检具制定年度msa计划，并组织团队按照计划完成msa
9. assist to solve technical work related to measurement, measurement technology of communication and coordination with the customers 协助解决与测量相关的技术工作，与客户进行测量技术的沟通协调
10. push computation manage system 推行计量管理体系
11. decide about serial releases in above mentioned labs 对上述相关实验室的实验能力认可
12. responsible for improving teammember capability，organize sufficient and adequate training for staff in all above mentioned labs 带领小组人员能力提升,有组织有针对地进行培训
13. takes active part in improvement & corrective actions 积极参与纠正性措施和整改措施
14. complete the temporary tasks assigned by company 积极主动完成公司安排的各项临时工作
qualification: 任职资格
1.at least 3 years or 5 years work experience in gauge management.
从事计量管理3年-5年工作经验
2.bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.
大学本科学历，工程机械类相关专业
3.qualification certificate
计量资格等级证书
4.knowledge in apqp, ppap, ts16949, control plans, pfmea and customer requirements
熟悉apqp, ppap, 体系16949, 控制计划, pfmea和客户需求
5.knowledge of laboratories equipment,the measurement of the equipment
掌握实验室设备的相关知识，以及设备的测量操作方法
6.be famiar gage management,laboratories management,this experiences
熟悉计量检具的管理，msa和实验室的管理，有相关工作经验
